15-year-old Daniil Kadyrov escapes from Voenno-Antonovka orphanage for the 3rd time. The teenager turned for help to Protection of the Rights of Orphaned Children Foundation. Its head Igor Belyaev told 24-kg.com news agency.
According to him, Daniil Kadyrov wrote a statement, and the representatives of the foundation sent a letter to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Education and the Accounts Chamber. They demand a comprehensive check of the children’s social institution.
«Daniil escaped from there not for the first time. He says they treat him terribly. During lunch, for example, they hit him with a glass in the head. Moreover, both tutors and other children mock the child. And every time he is caught, he is forcibly placed in a psychiatric hospital. Therefore, we ask the competent authorities to check the orphanage in Voenno-Antonovka village,» Igor Belyaev said.
At least 104 street and neglected children are registered in Bishkek with rehabilitation centers for street children.
