Ballet dancer from Kyrgyzstan becomes laureate of International Competition

Principal dancer of the Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Abdylas Maldybaev Farukh Sadyrkulov became a laureate of the International Competition Young Ballet of the World 2019, which took place in Sochi on September 30 — October 7. Sadyrkulov won a bronze medal in the senior group.

More than 50 young ballet dancers in two age groups: the youngest (up to 19 years) and the oldest (from 19 to 27) from 15 countries, including Russia, Armenia, Brazil, Serbia, Great Britain, Italy, Finland, Japan, became participants of the international event.

The competition is held with the aim of assisting young ballet dancers in their creative development, growth of professional skills for promotion on concert and theater stages, establishment of creative and friendly contacts among young people from different countries of the world.
