Tajik military opened fire at a civilian in Maksat village, Leilek district of Kyrgyzstan. Head of the village Kubat Nyshanov confirmed the information to 24-kg.com news agency.
According to him, the Tajik military fired in the direction of a water truck.
«They shot at the driver. We do not know the reason yet. It is only known that all this happened on the territory of Kyrgyzstan,» Kubat Nyshanov noted.
