More than 600 flowering and fruit trees planted in Karakol

More than 600 flowering and fruit trees have been planted in Karakol city. The City Hall reported.

The environmental campaign was held within the framework of the year Karakol — Cultural Capital of CIS 2022. Representatives of the City Hall, tourism sector, employees of state and municipal services and ordinary citizens came out to plant the trees in the city.

Chestnut trees were planted on the section of Lenin Street from Orozov to Gagarin, apple trees — from Tynystanov to Telman, cherries — on Lenin and Tynystanov streets, ash trees — on the section of Toktogul Street from Zhusaev to Gebze, Tien Shan spruce — on the section of Kydyr Ake Street, roses — on Toktogul Street.
