A decree of the Cabinet of Ministers was signed and the procedure for organizing the state system of identification of communication devices and identification of mobile communication devices was approved on June 1, 2022.
According to the database of the Ministry of Justice, the founders of the company are Charbel El Litani and Tatyana Kozyrskaya. The company was re-registered in July 2021.
