Singer Bekzhan Temirkhan killed in road accident

Singer Bekzhan Temirkhan was killed in a traffic accident in Boom gorge. Press service of the Main Traffic Safety Department confirmed the information to 24-kg.com news agency.

The road accident occurred on the night of November 11 at 10.30 p.m. on the 118th kilometer of Bishkek — Naryn — Torugart highway. The car with the singer inside overturned and fell off a cliff from a height of about 100 meters.

«The 25-year-old driver of Mercedes-Benz car lost control of the vehicle, the passenger Bekzhan Temirkhan died, the driver was hospitalized,» the press service informed.

Causes of the road accident are being investigated. The necessary examinations have been scheduled.
