An unknown man beat up a Canadian citizen in Bishkek. The victim Garg Virender told 24-kg.com news agency.

According to him, the incident occurred on June 16 at about 9 p.m. in the 10^th microdistrict of the capital.

«In the evening I walked near the house. I saw how a man began to beat another one, and a woman with a child was standing next to him. I asked if he needed help, and I was hit. I walked away, and was attacked later. When I regained consciousness, I had a head injury. We filed a statement to the police, a forensic medical examination was scheduled. I haven’t been interrogated yet,» Garg Virender told.

The police department of Oktyabrsky district of the capital confirmed this information to 24-kg.com news agency. According to the department, the fact was registered, and a pre-investigation check has begun.
