Kyrgyzstani takes 2nd place at Kyokushin Karate Tournament in Bulgaria

Adina Aripova won a silver medal at the International Kyokushin Karate Tournament World Varna Cup among juniors, cadets and youth in Bulgaria. The athlete’s representative told 24-kg.com news agency.

In the weight category over 65 kilograms (16-17 years old), she defeated a Serbian athlete, but lost to the Kazakh athlete Yasmina Zurdunova in the final.

The Varna Cup is an annual tournament held as part of an international summer camp that showcases the talent and dedication of young athletes from different countries. In total, about 300 athletes from 28 countries took part in it.
