President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed an order appointing Altynbek Toktomuratovich Zhumaev as Mayor of Mailuu-Suu town.
He was appointed to the position in accordance with Article 71 of the Constitution and Part 1 of Article 47 of the Law «On Local State Administration and Local Government Bodies.»
