The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev visited Issyk-Kul region, where he got acquainted with the progress of construction of a number of facilities.
The length of the central street of the city is 3.9 kilometers, the width is 16-26 meters. The repair work, which began last year, is planned to be completed this year.
The road renovation will contribute to the development of domestic and foreign tourism and ensure transport safety.
Construction work on the road section from Korumdu village to Balbay Baatyr village was resumed in March 2025, and the work is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
Adylbek Kasymaliev also got acquainted with the reconstruction of the central municipal beach.
The construction work, financed by the Development Fund of Issyk-Kul region, is planned to be completed by June 2025.
He instructed to ensure high quality of construction work and complete it before the start of the summer tourist season.
