Mayors of several cities of Kyrgyzstan are undergoing a week-long training at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The press service of the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Government Affairs reported.
According to it, the program «New Technologies for Managing Modern Urban Development» is conducted in the format of an intensive week-long course and provides mayors with the opportunity to study advanced international experience of city management, master new technologies and strategic tools.
Mayors of ten cities of the republic arrived for the training. They are taking part in special workshops, master classes and practical trainings, exchanging experience of successful city management in different countries.
