Anti-terrorist exercises held in Kyrgyzstan

Anti-terrorist exercises Asman Kozomolu — 2025 were held in Kyrgyzstan. The press center of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) reported.

The exercises were held in order to improve the skills of the personnel of the special forces service Alpha in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and ground robots during special and tactical combat operations, testing in practice the safe use of FPV drones, quadcopters, ground robots, as well as bringing the installed ammunition into combat position in the field.

«In conditions close to combat, the critical capabilities of modern combat robotics, UAV flights, and a presentation of work on the manufacture of FPV drones were demonstrated,» the statement says.

The exercises demonstrated:

  • An assault on a «simulated administrative building» using a combat robot, followed by clearing the building by an assault group;
  • Detonation of a vehicle using a ground-based kamikaze drone;
  • Destruction of a vehicle using an attack drone;
  • Use of attack drones equipped with cumulative projectiles, as well as reusable FPV drones with various mechanisms for dropping ammunition.

Upon completion of Asman Kozomolu — 2025 exercises, the Chairman of the SCNS Kamchybek Tashiev delivered a speech to the fighters of the special unit «A». He emphasized that the state is creating all the necessary conditions for equipping the security forces with a modern material and technical base. Tashiev called on the fighters to always be ready to carry out combat missions to eliminate terrorist, extremist and destructive forces.
