An Immortal Regiment march is taking place in Bishkek in honor of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Participants, carrying photographs of their grandfathers and great-grandfathers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers, are marching from the Daiyr Asanov Victory Park to Victory Square in the city center.
The event had not been held in recent years for various reasons.
