The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) revealed violations during the privatization of social facilities of APKO U plant.
During the period of denationalization and privatization of state property, in 1993, the sports stadium on the balance sheet of U OJSC was transferred to private ownership.
As a result of investigative and operational activities, the owner of this facility, realizing the illegality of owning a social facility, voluntarily expressed a desire to transfer it to the state free of charge.
