Ruslan Mukambetov has been appointed Minister of Defense of Kyrgyzstan.
President Sadyr Japarov signed the corresponding decree.
Earlier, Ruslan Mukambetov told in Parliament that he was removed from the post of Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces due to a conflict with the leadership.
