Speaker of Chinese Parliament arrives in Kyrgyzstan

Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China Zhao Leji arrived in the Kyrgyz Republic for an official visit today, July 23. The press service of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to it, the honorary guest was welcomed at the Manas International Airport by Deputy Speaker of the Zhogorku Kenesh Nurlanbek Azygaliev and head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group for Cooperation with China Iskhak Masaliev.

A number of high-level events and meetings are planned as part of the official visit. In particular, negotiations will be held between Speaker of the Zhogorku Kenesh Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu and Zhao Leji, where the parties will discuss current issues and prospects for the further development of inter-parliamentary cooperation.
