Ernist Zhamankulov has been appointed as the new Consul General of Kyrgyzstan in Guangzhou (PRC). The presidential press service reported.
Sadyr Japarov signed the relevant decree.
Another decree relieved Khomeni Ergeshov of his duties as Consul General.
