President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed a decree under which, in accordance with paragraph 6 of part 1 of Article 70, Article 71 of the Constitution, Asylbek Zhenishbek was appointed head of the state administration — akim (head) of Leilek district of Batken region.
Kanymet Osmonbekov was relieved of his post as head of Leilek district of Batken region.
