Suspected of rape resident of Uzgen gives bribe to investigator

Law enforcement officers detained 37-year-old T.A., a resident of Uzgen, Osh region, in Kara-Suu on suspicion of bribing a police officer. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

The day before, on August 29, the suspect in the rape T.A. gave the investigator 25,000 soms during interrogation in order to close the criminal case. The man was immediately detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.

Another case has been opened under the article «Bribery» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
