Kyrgyzstan’s Cabinet of Ministers has introduced amendments to the rules on technical regulation.
Under the changes, the requirement for notarized copies of documents has been removed for mandatory product conformity certification, simplifying the procedure for entrepreneurs.
The procedure for applying for a halal certificate via the state portal has also been clarified: applicants must now attach document copies stamped by the applicant.
The resolution will enter into force in 10 days.
