Sellers of large quantity of e-cigarettes detained in Bishkek

The Main Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported an attempt to illegally sell a large quantity of e-cigarettes. The department’s press service reported.

According to police, information was received regarding a citizen nicknamed «Soke,» who was attempting to sell a large quantity of vapes.

A criminal case was opened under Article 231 of the Criminal Code (Economic smuggling).

Three individuals were detained at a shopping center for selling over 500 e-cigarettes. They were identified as I.S., 21, A.A., 22, and K.A., 37.

An investigation is underway.
