Bishkek to celebrate 80th anniversary of United Nations

Bishkek will mark the 80th anniversary of the United Nations on October 24.

According to the organizers, the UN invites everyone to join in celebrating this significant date, dedicated to collective efforts for peace, progress, and the dignity of every person.

The ceremonial event will take place at the Abdylas Maldybaev Opera and Ballet Theater.

The UN Village exhibition will open at 5 p.m., followed by the official program at 6 p.m.

Admission is free.
