A fire broke out at an oil refinery in the village of Burgondu, Kadamdzhai district of Batken region.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ press service, the fire was reported at 9:47 a.m., after which four fire crews were dispatched to the scene.
Firefighters are currently working to extinguish the fire. Information on casualties and the extent of damage is being clarified.
The ministry promises to provide additional information later.
