On November 25, as part of the Russian leader’s state visit to Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov and Vladimir Putin laid wreaths at the Eternal Flame in Victory Square in Bishkek. The press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan reported.
To the sound of military band fanfares, the guards laid wreaths at the memorial, after which the heads of state bowed their heads to honor the fallen heroes.
