The 4th People’s Kurultai started in Bishkek. President Sadyr Japarov and 700 delegates from all regions of Kyrgyzstan are participating in the event.
The kurultai will take place on December 25 and December 26.
The day before, delegates held meetings with representatives of ministries and agencies to discuss pressing issues.
