Azat Salmurbek uulu has been relieved of his post as Mayor of Kara-Balta city in Chui region. The presidential press service announced.
He was appointed to this position on October 14, 2025. He had served as First Deputy Mayor of Tokmok for two years.

By another presidential order, Almazbek Isakov has been appointed new mayor, replacing Azat Salmurbek uulu.
