State of emergency declared in At-Bashi district of Kyrgyzstan

A state of emergency was declared in At-Bashi district, Naryn region. Press service of the plenipotentiary representative of the government in the region reported.

According to it, the decision was made in connection with closure of road to Aksai valley due to snowfall, as well as snow drifts on the roads in -Moyun and Taldy-Suu rural areas.

No damage to housing and no casualties were reported.

Civil defense forces clear the streets of Ak-Muz and Ozgorush villages, as well as the roads of Ak-Muz — Bosogo -Kyndy, Torugart — Kok-Kiya — Kyndy. It is noted that 18 trucks with feed will be sent there after opening of the road to Aksai.
