The first 3D animated cartoon is being produced in Kyrgyzstan. The Public Fund «Sayakbai Manaschy» informed.
According to it, a full-length cartoon is based on the fairy tale about Karagul, using motion capture and facial expressions technology.
The film’s premiere is planned for 2018.
